Blueberry, Red Wine and Thyme Relish

Ingredients

Method

  1. Soften the onions in the wine.
  2. Add the blueberries, thyme and lemon juice; simmer.
  3. Add the sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Cook, then bottle.

Notes

A deep, fruity, slightly savoury relish — the perfect finishing touch to a cheese board, cold cuts, or a roast meal.
