Ingredients
- Crust: biscuits1 packet
- Crust: cinnamonto taste
- Crust: margarineas needed
- Cottage cheese1 tub (±250 g)
- Condensed milk1 tin (385 g)
- Lemon juice100 ml
- Vanilla2 ml
- Bananas6–10
Method
- Make the base from crushed biscuits, cinnamon and margarine, and put it in the fridge to set.
- Mix the cottage cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla in a bowl.
- Line the crust with bananas.
- Pour the mixture over the bananas.
- Place in the fridge to set.
