Ingredients

Method

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy; drain on paper towel.
  2. Use ¼ cup (60 ml) of the bacon grease to caramelise the onions and peppers.
  3. Add the garlic, sugar, vinegar, syrup and chilli powder, then the cooked bacon.
  4. Cook until thick and jammy.
