Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
- Bacon, fried and drained400 g
- Large onion, diced, fried in bacon fat1
- Leek, fried½
- Grated cheddar cheese200 g
- Eggs6
- Flour, to bind60 ml
- Mustard5 ml
- Cream400 ml
- Salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmegto taste
Method
- Place the bacon, onion, leek and cheese in a dish.
- Beat the other ingredients and pour over.
- Bake at 180 °C for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool.
