Bacon and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
- Self-raising flour, sifted500 ml
- Grated cheese375 ml
- Butter, melted125 g
- Milk250 ml
- Egg, beaten1
- Chopped cooked bacon200 g
- Salt and pepperto taste
Method
- Sift the flour.
- Add the other ingredients and fold.
- Bake at 180 °C for 15–20 minutes.
Notes
Makes about 12 muffins.
